Our Mercy Virtual branch came to us needing rapid prototyping over the course of three days to provide prospective customers of our virtual platform a sense of security that a contract with us would provide them with a detailed dashboard of every current and future step of the contracting process.

  • Create a contracting dashboard highlighting milestones, next steps, and progress reports
  • Provide a real-time ticket reporting system to connect with Mercy teams
  • Instill confidence in our customers entering into a partnership with Mercy Virtual
